I liked a couple of your poems specifically “Pick Yourself Up” because I was recently in a car accident and part of this is how I felt. I do have a question as to why the ending does not rhyme, is this your style? To end with dissonance or did you just get lazy? Also just a note you could put periods in the middle of a poem, you used a lot of commas and there are some places where there could have been a period. Maybe you don’t want to end a sentence, but I looked at some of your other poems and you have used question marks and exclaimation marks and they mean the same thing as a period but with more feeling. Lastly you meantioned that since theee are you blood and sweat works of art that we must ask for permission if we want to copy them and so I am. I’m not going to publish them or anything, sorry, I’m wrote them (Pick yourself up and Pointlessness) down and I will probably just keep them on my binder for a while and them put them in my quote book. Your time is appreciated.

hey remember me from Y!A, you have real potential in every poem that you write, my favs are, night crawler, city worm esp., blue blood, and the wrinkled mirror….they all rocked! i hope ur going to become poet, cuz like i said you got real potential…i am thinking of being a writer, but i dont know if cud write chapter books,i can write really good stories, anyway keep up the awsum work, yea soo….ima go, i’ll write again……PLZ KEEP WRITING UR POEMS!!
Trenchers Feet would have to be my favourite poem of yours, its beautiful. I am at the moment very interested in war poetry, especially in writing it. I’ve been interested in war for a long time, ive always war movies, and i absolutely LOVE war books, and im also pretty good at writing. So i tried a little bit of poetry and found that i couldn’t stop! I’m 14 right now, and im a beginner, but your poems have so much more meaning than mine. I’m continually editing mine and always changing it, it’s like an obsession that i can’t stop writing about war. You have a great talent in poetry, any tips for an aspiring writer?

(Site owner) Hey thanks for your comment, id like to read some of your poems if you’d send a link to me on here, i dont really know what tips to give becuase i dont write often enough, my last poem was last night but previous to that i havnt written for months. I just try to write what i see in certain situations and i like to write about the sky, moon, stars etc the most becuase i can see them from my window.
